AWI OFFHORE CT&D provides rig coaching and performance training for drilling crews, with an emphasis on key positions such as Driller and Assistant Driller. Our service aims to improve the performance of the rig crew by training and advising their daily operations and providing best practice recommendations.       Competency Assessments


      AWI OFFSHORE CT&D offers competency assessments of crews across the drilling industry.

      Basically we can assess anyone high and low, but typically we have been involved in assessment of future senior workers in the Drilling industry, to ensure that the Drilling Contractors  invest in the right people.

      We have been involved with senior leaders from Drilling Contractors and Oil Majors as part of either promotion/transition process including Personal development programs for same.

      AWI OFFSHORE CT&D performs its competency assessment process following IADC Competence Assurance guidelines to demonstrate and secure Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA) of rig workers.

      Our competency assessment services take place when:

      Initial assessment/pre-assessment
